Harry Styles is currently playing a 12-night run in London’s Wembley Stadium during this week’s brutal UK heatwave, in which temperatures as high as 38°C have been predicted.
Usually, the venue does not allow concert-goers to bring hard plastic or metal bottles to shows.
But according to The Mirror, a Wembley spokesperson said: “Our traditional policies around water bottles have been relaxed for the past few events as temperatures have risen, and we would encourage guests to bring bottles as per above and refill them inside the stadium.”
The venue’s site, meanwhile, reads: “Guests carrying metal or hard plastic water bottles (500ml or under) will be allowed to bring them inside the stadium. These can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside.”
Bottled water, meanwhile, will be 50% off. Free sun cream will be available from information points in the venue as well.
This comes following a rare red weather warning for extreme heat in cities like London and closures in multiple UK schools.
Wembley Stadium also advised people not to arrive too early for the show, as this could leave them queueing for too long in the heat.
Wear sunscreen, loose clothes, avoid drinking too much alcohol, and stay hydrated, they continued.
Plastic sun cream bottles smaller than 200ml are permitted, too.
Previously during his Amsterdam residency, Harry made another adjustment to his Together, Together world tour.
Fans said they couldn’t see the singer or his opening act, Robyn, while standing on the ground level.
In response, the former One Direction member’s team adjusted the stage layout.
