Harrison Ford’s Shrinking TV Show Adds Another Star Wars Cast Member for Season 4

Harrison Ford‘s Apple TV show has added another Star Wars alum to its ensemble. The series Shrinking was renewed for a fourth season in early 2026, with returning cast members and some new additions.

According to Variety, Shrinking will feature the Star Wars: Visions voice actor Judith Light in Season 4. Light is set to have a recurring role in Ford’s Apple TV show; however, the character details are kept under wraps. She is one of the new additions to the fourth season of the series alongside Karen Gillan and another Star Wars alum, Christian Slater.

Together, they will join the returning cast members, Ford, Jason Segel, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley. Although the plot details of the fourth season are not disclosed, the series’ creator, Bill Lawrence, stated that the new season will feature a time jump and an entirely new storyline.

Who did Judith Light play in the Star Wars franchise?

Although Judith Light did not appear on-screen in the Star Wars franchise, she voiced the character Gleenu in the Star Wars: Visions – Vol. 3 anthology series. According to the character’s description, “Gleenu is Arluu’s mysterious attendant and bodyguard. Her older, kindly demeanor belies that she is actually a former Jedi who is still quite adept at using a lightsaber.”

However, Gleenu was not the first character to whom Light lent her voice. Her previous voice-acting credits include the characters Helen Villigan in Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, Mrs. Wright in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, Zuleika in Joseph: King of Dreams, and herself in Family Guy.

Light is also well known for her on-screen roles that have earned her major accolades, including two Tony Awards, two Daytime Emmy Awards, and a Primetime Emmy Award. Her acting credits include Who’s the Boss?, The Menu, Transparent, Ugly Betty, Poker Face, Other Desert Cities, The Assembled Parties, and One Life to Live. She will next appear in an untitled project alongside Cameron Diaz and Stephen Merchant, which is currently in post-production.
