Getty Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's 13-year-old son Maceo has been granted permission to testify in court. Earlier this week, the 60-year-old French actor filed new court documents claiming that the former couple's teen son wants to address the court in custody hearings to "provide his side of story" amid the child abuse allegations against the 60-year-old Oscar-winning actress.
