Here’s a spoilers-filled recap to learn about all the major highlights from General Hospital’s March 26 episode. The episode featured Dante investigating Marco’s death, Sonny teaming up with Ric to save Jason, Nathan continuing to protect Rocco, and more.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 26, 2026

Brothers in arms

Carly and Sonny discuss how they can help Jason escape from the WSB. Soon, Ric arrives, which upsets her. Although she isn’t happy about his involvement, she hopes he can help Jason. After Carly leaves, Sonny reveals to Ric that Cullum is Sidwell’s partner. After a brief discussion, the two brothers then decide to take down Sidwell and the WSB director together.

Guardianship battle

At her office, Alexis informed Tracy that she would be taking care of Danny as per Jason’s wishes. However, Tracy wants the teenager to live with her. Alexis assures Tracy that Danny can visit the Quartermaines anytime. Carly also shows up to discuss the guardianship. When she learns that Alexis has custody, she urges the lawyer to be lenient with the boy.

Sidwell demands justice

Lucas is at Ava’s house, mourning Marco’s death and blaming himself. Meanwhile, Sidwell pressures Dante to target Sonny. But Dante doesn’t believe that Sonny might have murdered Marco, which infuriates Sidwell.

Soon, Lucas arrives at the station for questioning, and Sidwell gives him a warm hug, thanking him for loving his son. During questioning, Lucas told Dante that Marco wasn’t involved in anything illegal. Back at Ava’s place, Sidwell breaks down and wonders if he caused his son’s death.

Jason’s sacrifice

Nathan returns to Lulu’s place, where she explains everything Rocco said about what happened at the piers. She says the boy acted in self-defense, but due to a lack of proof, Nathan asks her not to discuss it with anyone. He says that Jason is sacrificing to protect his son, and asks her to let it be.

Joss’s deadly solution

Joss arrives at Britt’s office and asks for details about what happened at the piers. When Britt gives her very little information, Joss gets angry and says that they have to work together to save Jason. Britt then explains about Lucas and Marco’s involvement. The WSB agent then speculates that Cullum might’ve been the one to kill Marco, and believes that they can use the information to their benefit.

The two then discussed what Cullum would do after he recovered from his injury. Since Britt is a doctor, Joss suggests that Britt “take care” of Cullum while he’s still recovering at the hospital, knowing that there won’t be a better chance for them.
