From Alexis making a shocking discovery and Valentin talking about keeping a promise to two emergency surgeries at the hospital, the episode continued to maintain the moment from Monday.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 24, 2026

Fragile trust

Valentin teases Carly about throwing the food he made. But the conversation soon turns serious when she brings up Jack, regretting ever bringing in her life. When she talks about having little faith in men she gets involved with, Valentin comforts her, saying even though he could’ve run away with Charlotte earlier, he’s still there because he made a promise.

Protecting loved ones

Nathan arrives at the piers and warns Jason that officers are on their way. Jason takes the gun from Rocco and cleans it for any fingerprints. He ensures Britt is alive and asks Nathan to take the teenager back home. Jason then fired the gun to have his fingerprints on it. Soon, Dante arrives and arrests Jason, who asks him to take Britt to the hospital. Meanwhile, Cullum is also alive and is taken to the hospital.

Bleeding out

Alexis arrives at her office with Danny and finds Marco bleeding on the floor. She puts pressure on Marco’s wounds, and the teenager dials 911. Soon, Chase arrives at the spot, followed by paramedics who rush Marco to the hospital. Chase then reveals that Jason is arrested.

Danny walks out of the office and calls Charlotte to pick him up so he can meet Sonny. When she arrives, Charlotte advises against meeting Sonny right now and says that someone else might be able to help.

Still in shock

Nathan brings Rocco to Lulu’s place. He explains to her what happened and asks her not to tell Dante about the teenager’s involvement. Nathan assures to update her later and leaves for the station. Lulu helps Rocco settle down.

Right to a lawyer

Dante brings Jason to the station and hands the gun over to forensics. In the interrogation room, Jason apologizes for attacking him earlier. When Dante questions him about the incident, Jason asks for his lawyer. Soon, Nathan arrives, and Dante informs Jason that if Cullum dies, he will never get out of prison.

A medical rush

At the hospital, Liz tells Lucas about Cullum. Lucas heads to the OR while trying to reach Marco, but is unable to. He begins surgery on Cullum. Soon, Britt arrives at the hospital as well, and Portia treats her. Moments later, Marco is brought in, and Isaiah and Liz begin operating on him to treat his stab wounds.

Later, Britt asks to meet Lucas, but he’s busy. Meanwhile, Marco is stable, while Cullum is far from it due to massive blood loss.
