A Fresno County man accused of driving drunk, striking and killing a woman, and then leaving the scene appeared in court Friday on multiple felony charges stemming from a crash earlier this week. Sunil Sunil, 31, is charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, fleeing the scene of a crime and other felony offenses related to the death of 26-year-old Delia Valladares.
