Fortune has hired Catherina Gioino as a news editor. She previously worked at Rolling Stone as a politics and breaking news reporter. Gioino also worked as a breaking news reporter for the New York Daily News and as a reporter at the U.S. version of The Sun. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
