Father and son 'rammed' into car in fatal crash that killed their four-year-old cousin and left boy's dad fighting for his life in hospital, court told

Patrick Maughan, 53, and Owen Maughan, 27, from Darenth, Kent, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court this morning charged with the murder of little Peter Maughan.
