Exclusive: Pier Play Releases Lineup for Two-Day Expansion in October

Meduza, Claptone, Monolink, LP Giobbi, Rinzen, and more will perform at Pier Play when it returns to Santa Monica for its first-ever two-day edition in October.

While massive festivals and nightclub nights have been the bread and butter of the scene, those yearning for different experiences have been treated to some special shows, too. One promoter at the forefront of hosting shows at unique venues is RASA World. This experience company has become a fixture in Los Angeles by hosting Thrill City at Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Pier Play, a party at the Santa Monica Pier.

Pier Play has become a force to be reckoned with since its inception. The most recent edition, held in May, featured a lineup of quality house artists and marked the fourth in the series to sell out. Yet RASA wasn’t done with Pier Play in 2026, as another round of fun in the Southern California sun has been announced for October 3-4. That’s right, the event will expand to two days for the first time in its history, offering even more for dance music lovers as they flock to the beachside destination.

“We were the first to do this here, and four sell-outs later, it’s a fixture,” said Ahmad Muhaisen, co-founder and CEO of RASA World. “People stopped treating this as one night a while ago. They build a weekend around it. We didn’t get lucky with a location, we built something repeatable. A second day is just the next step.”

After announcing the expansion and teasing the lineup, the full list of acts for Pier Play V has officially surfaced, and it’s sure to draw looks from anyone who loves house and techno.

Saturday’s festivities will feature curated sets aligned with RASA’s signature sound, featuring artists such as Monolink, Mind Against, LP Giobbi, and Kaz James. These artists will spin everything from indie dance to piano-driven house music, making them perfect to soundtrack the day at this picturesque venue.

Then, Sunday kicks things up a notch by offering even more talent. That day will feature Claptone, Meduza, and Rinzen, along with more acts to be announced. These heavy-hitters in the scene have become renowned for their house and techno soundscapes that are full of depth and danceability, so get ready to find your groove on the dancefloor.

Rounding out the lineup in support are Bain, HRSHY, Lara G, and Malas. Additionally, those heading to Pier Play V can expect more from the experience.
