Adam Huber and his wife, Rachel Huber, will be welcoming another member to their family soon. The Dynasty star and beauty influencer recently opened up about the surprising way Rachel discovered the pregnancy and why they’re excited for what’s next.
In a new interview with PEOPLE, the influencer, 25, candidly shared, “We were flying home after visiting my family in Kansas City, and I happened to have a pregnancy test in my bag that was left over from a pack I’d bought the month before.”
“I literally just thought it would be funny to take a pregnancy test on an airplane—I truly was not expecting it to be positive,” Rachel continued. “Sure enough, two lines showed up almost immediately! I tried to keep the news to myself for the rest of the flight, but that lasted about 20 minutes before I ended up telling Adam right there on the airplane.”
How Adam and Rachel are preparing for life with Baby Huber
During the same interview, Rachel also talked about how the couple is preparing for parenthood. She said, “It definitely happened a lot sooner than we anticipated, so there was a lot of shock at first, but now we’re beyond excited.”
Rachel then went on to explain, “There are so many changes happening all at once—we just sold our house in Atlanta and decided to move closer to my mom and dad in Kansas City—so this next chapter is going to be full of new experiences for us.”
“We’re so ready for it, though,” she gushed. “We’ve already started planning Baby Huber’s first European vacation next summer or fall, so I think it’s safe to say we’re very excited to bring the baby into our lives and adventures.”
The news of Adam Huber and Rachel Huber’s pregnancy comes almost one year after they tied the knot in Croatia. The baby is due on March 9, 2027.
