There are new details about the supporting characters and villain we’ll meet in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World, as well as the Waterwing Can we’ll use to restore Witherwood to its former glory. We now know more about Bianca and Nera’s rival Ed, the region’s ruler King Withers, and the antagonist Thespidor. The update also included new screenshots of different elements that show these individuals and how restoring the land with the Waterwing Can can help.

After Bianca and Nera arrive in Witherwood, King Withers asks the two of them to destroy the meteocite crystals that appeared and ruined people’s lives and the areas’ environments. His voice actor in English is Kim Durham. While Bianca, Nera, and Debora are three characters who appeared and are accompanied by monster mascots Fluffy and Fizzy, they aren’t the only ones in that sort of position. Ed, voiced by Vinay Lad, is another. He is accompanied by a similar sort of monster ally named Scruffy, voiced by Tobias Weatherburn. Finally, Tragedian Players member Thespidor is the one who is creating meteocite, and he’s voiced by Feliks Mathur.

As for the Watering Can in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World, it’s a tool Bianca and Nera can use on Lifebuds and Roots of Creation. The former offer benefits if you water and restore them. The latter acts as a fast travel point.

Here are all the latest screenshots showing off locations and characters in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World.
