Donor sperm from man who carried risk of passing on cancer sold to Ireland, but didn’t result in pregnancies

Donor sperm from a man who unknowingly had a a genetic mutation that dramatically raises the risk of cancer was sent to a fertility clinic in Ireland but did not result in pregnancies, it has been confirmed.
