The left wing has worked hard to find very clever ways to stop President Trump’s agenda without ever winning an election. The formula was sinister and simple. Trump announces a new immigration policy. That cues progressive activist groups to race to court and file a lawsuit. A friendly federal activist judge somewhere in California, Hawaii, or D.C. slaps an injunction on the policy, and just like that, everything grinds to a screeching halt.
