Distraught widow blasts massage parlor for refusing to transfer $1,700 in pre-booked vouchers bought by her late husband before his death

Chelsey Clark has blasted her local Hand and Stone Spa branch in Kansas for refusing to transfer $1,700 worth of prepaid services purchased by her late husband. He died while they were on vacation.
