The sci-fi anime scene has definitely felt a little dry lately. After series like Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Pluto showed just how good the genre could get, fans have been waiting for another series that could really make an impact. Surprisingly, one of the most profound sci-fi anime just arrived entirely under the radar. Disney+ quietly dropped an eight-episode series that deserves far more attention than it is getting.
