Defence Secretary John Healey pushed for UK to join international investment bank to get much-needed military funds but was blocked by Rachel Reeves

It has emerged that Mr Healey's idea to join the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB) touted by the Canadian Premier Mark Carney was blocked by the Treasury.
