DC Wants to Release Batman's Unreleased Comic by Marshall Rogers at Last

Get ready, Batmanfans, because a series that was once thought completely lost is closer than ever to getting an official release. 20 years after the publication of a classic Dark Knight tale, a sequel fans thought they’d never see is actually making progress and is on the precipice of being published.During a panel at this year's Dragon Con, writer Steve Englehart spoke about his Dark Detective saga. And he gave fans a surprising bit of news when he revealed that he has been in contact with DC Comics President Jim Lee about completing Englehart and Marshall Rogers' unfinished Dark Detective saga and publishing the issues of its unfinished sequel.Per Popverse, Englehart revealed that not only was he discussing plans to publish the unfinished sequel to Batman: Dark Detective, but that he also had plans for another run that would wrap up everything in the Silver St. Cloud saga. While nothing was confirmed, Englehart did confirm he and Lee were at least discussing the possibilities of the Batman sequels.
