Danny Beard takes brutal swipe at Chris Hughes’ friendship with JoJo Siwa in CBB final after ‘game player’ row

CELEBRITY Big Brother runner-up Danny Beard has made a cutting comment about Chris Hughes and his relationship with JoJo Siwa.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Danny winner didn’t mince his words during the finale’s CBB Late & Live show.

The 32-year-old took a blunt swipe at former Love Islander Chris – and left the audience’s toes curling.

Following the excitement of the live final, the ITV2 sister show hosted the wrap episode featuring a host of housemates.

When the subject of Chris only being friends with JoJo, 21, in order to gain more exposure, he defended himself from Danny’s previous claims.

He explained: “I really appreciated Danny in that moment, because Danny was the person who said it and I’ve had full respect for Danny from day one.”

He continued about JoJo: “But, yeah, we just didn’t do anything different. It was just living.”

Chipping in, Danny yelled out: “You wanted more Instagram followers.”

Host AJ Odudu insisted: “He’s joking.”

Fellow presenter Will Best admitted: “I could do with a few more.”

Danny then gestured to stirring a pot.

JoJo – who boasts 11 million followers on Instagram – shook her head in disbelief, while a good-natured Chris – who has an impressive 2 million – just laughed if off.

The dynamic between dancer JoJo and the Love Island legend was under scrutiny by housemates and the audience as they grew closer and closer.

However, blunt Drag Race UK star Danny soon warned them: “You two need to either f**k or stop.

“And your bird’s about to f*****g pull you when you get out. You’re going to have a front page spread in The Sun.”

While cuddling in bed with Chris after a night’s sleep, Danny asked JoJo: “Did you two sleep in that bed together all night?

“I’d prepare for your girlfriend to throw some punches.”

At the time, JoJo defended: “Oh god no, she doesn’t care.”

Since then, Siwa’s partner Kath Ebbs has revealed they have been dumped by the CBB star just hours after the series finale.

Taking to Instagram this afternoon, Aussie content creator Kath, 27, said they were in “complete shock” and felt “numbed out and humiliated”.
