Council to pay parent £100 after failing to comply with Ombudsman ‘remedy’

HERTFORDSHIRE County Council has agreed to pay £100 to the parent of a child with special educational needs, after failing to comply with actions set out by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO).
