LA CROSSE (WKBT) -- Col. Sheyla Baez Ramirez has been suspended as Garrison Commander at Fort McCoy, according to a statement released by the Fort McCoy Senior Commander on Saturday. The statement added that the suspension is not related to any misconduct and that no further details will be provided at this time. Col.
