Chuck Norris has reportedly been rushed to hospital after suffering a medical emergency in Hawaii.

The Hollywood superstar, 86, was visiting the island of Kauai when a medical incident occurred early this week, Page Six and TMZ reports.

He has been hospitalised, but he reportedly "bounced back" immediately after the incident, with sources telling local media Norris is okay.

By Wednesday, the martial arts legend was spotted training on the island, with a friend close to the actor telling outlets the star was "cracking jokes" and was in "good spirits." 

The exact circumstances around the medical incident are not clear.

nine.com.au has reached out for comment. 

The actor celebrated his 86th birthday earlier this month, taking to Instagram with a video of him boxing to celebrate the milestone.

"I don't age. I level up," the actor wrote.

"I'm 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young."

"I'm grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love."

He went on to thank his followers, whom he called "the best fans in the world," adding their support has "meant more to me than you'll ever know."

In another post, he encouraged his millions of followers to keep mobile with a photo of him flexing his biceps.

"Progress isn't measured by perfection, but by the courage to keep going," he said.

"I'm still setting goals, pushing forward and choosing discipline over comfort.

"No matter your age, keep striving for the best version of yourself."

The Missing in Action star is known for his martial arts movies and Karate career.

The actor married Gene O'Kelley in 1998. The pair share 24-year-old twins, Dakota Alan and Danilee Kelly.

He was married to Dianne Holechek from 1958 to 1989. She passed away in 2025.

They shared sons Eric, 60, and Mike, 63.
