Chris Hughes’ grand romantic gesture for JoJo Siwa as they reunite in UK

Chris Hughes had a special way of welcoming JoJo Siwa back to the UK after seemingly confirming they are dating.

The Love Island star’s relationship with Dance Moms alum JoJo has only gone from strength to strength since leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Fans became convinced they had ‘hard launched’ their boyfriend/girlfriend status earlier this week, having shared a series of cosy snaps on Instagram when Chris, 32, flew to Mexico for a holiday with JoJo, 22, and her family.

They were then photographed kissing in a pool, making no attempt to hide their affection towards one another.

Following a tearful goodbye just days ago, it seems, fortunately for them, they didn’t have to spend long apart this time, as Chris went to meet JoJo at the airport as she touched down in the UK ahead of her gig in London.

And in the ultimate romantic gesture, he greeted her with a bunch of flowers, much to her delight.

The sweet pair were seen leaving Heathrow hand-in-hand, but not before stopping to take selfies with adoring fans.

Chris helped JoJo with her suitcases before putting on a very tactile display of hugging and larking around, bouquet of red roses in tow.

JoJo documented her trip back to the capital via Snapchat, sharing selfies from the plane as she wore Chris’s famous orange beanie.

‘Happiest girl:)’, she wrote alongside a video of herself dancing in the airport before adding: ‘Heart is feeling so full and happy’.

Having also shared the clip on TikTok—where JoJo boasts 45.9million followers—she echoed in the caption: ‘My heart is so full and smiling so big 🤍’

It didn’t take long for Chris to appear in the comments, writing sweetly: ‘Make sure you sleep on the flight’.

Their second reunion comes after sources claimed JoJo sees a ‘long-term future’ with Chris.

Upon leaving the CBB abode, both insisted their connection was merely platonic but declared that they are ‘soulmates’ in a friendship sense.

JoJo also split from her partner, Kath Ebbs, at the wrap party, having realised while away for three weeks that she ‘wasn’t happy’.

Hitting out after flying from Australia to meet JoJo after the final, 27-year-old musician Kath, whose romance with JoJo went public in January, said they felt ‘humiliated’ after being ‘dumped’.

Clarifying the matter, JoJo later said in a joint appearance on This Morning with Chris that she didn’t ‘intend’ for things to end that way.

During her period of self-discovery, the Karma hitmaker also realised that she identifies more as queer, having previously used the label ‘lesbian’.

While she is yet to explicitly refer to Chris as her boyfriend, the performer has had nothing but glowing things to say about him in recent interviews.

Speaking earlier in the week to NBC TV, she was asked whether Chris will join her upcoming tour, to which she replied: ‘I am sure he will pop in and out and come and say hey and come.

‘We cannot be apart that long.’
