Jack P Shepherd has just won Celebrity Big Brother, but he’s adamant there won’t be a reunion at his wedding.

The Coronation Street actor emerged victorious on the ITV reality show on Friday night after a few weeks in the famous digs with the likes of JoJo Siwa, Chris Hughes, Chesney Hawkes and Danny Beard.

Away from the house, Jack is engaged to former Corrie scriptwriter Hanni Treweek after he proposed in June 2024, and they’re currently planning their upcoming nuptials.

The big day is approaching, but Jack has shrugged off the idea of inviting any of his CBB castmates.

‘No, I don’t think so,’ he laughed during an interview on Monday’s episode of Good Morning Britain.

He added: ‘Come on, I’ve only known them three weeks! We’ve got a guestlist a mile long!’

He also played down the idea of a blossoming romance between Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa, who split from her partner Kath Ebbs just hours after leaving the ITV show during the wrap party.

The 21-year-old star had growing close to Chris Hughes, 32, in the house, but Jack has insisted they were simply good friends.

‘I slept on that side of the bedroom,’ he explained. ‘From what I saw, they were just the best of friends in the house. He’s like a little bit of a puppy dog is Chris, he needs company. They were just the best of friends.’

One housemate who wasn’t forming friendships in the house was Mickey Rourke, who caused plenty of controversy with his comments towards JoJo.

Jack has admitted the Hollywood actor wasn’t particularly sociable and ‘isolated himself’ in the house.

‘Crazy, crazy! He just kind of isolated himself from the entire group, he’d sleep all day,’ he added.

The soap star also suggested Mickey didn’t actually realise what he’d signed up for on CBB.

‘I don’t think so,’ he admitted. ‘When we first got in there, he was just staring at all the cameras. I was like, “Yeah, we’re on TV?” ‘

Jack insisted while it was easy to relax in the house and get used to the whole format, there were so many production elements that make it difficult to forget you’re on television.

He explained: ‘There’s 150 cameras in front of you and they’re constantly moving all around. They’re subtle, but you’ve got this mic as well… That’s a great reminder to watch what you do or say.’

Jack – who was ‘blown away’ to be named the winner – noted how ‘everything’s heightened’ in the house, which impacted the way people reacted to each other during filming.

‘There were a lot of tears from a lot of people because everything’s heightened when you’re in there. You’re just in a room all day, just talking for 12 hours.’

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV1.
