There are a few simple facts of life: what goes up must come down, the Earth revolves around the sun, and Caitlin Clark is simply lethal with a basketball in her hands. The Indiana Fever star has lived up to every expectation and has been surpassing every limitation that people have tried to put on her. However, a strained left quad has kept her out of play for the last two weeks, and with injuries like this, it always takes a little bit of time. But what has she been doing in the meantime?

Well, surprisingly enough, CC has shown that her talents range far beyond just playing basketball. We’ve seen her hit the golf links and dominate the soccer fields, but photography? That was completely left-field. But we saw Clark on the sidelines of the Fever vs Mystics game in Baltimore, grinning wide with a camera in her hands. Of course, the internet went wild, but we didn’t have a way of seeing whether she’s actually any good with a lens.

But we don’t need to wonder anymore, as Bri Lewerke has spilled the tea on Instagram! In her latest post, the women’s sports photographer revealed the results of Caitlin Clark the ‘camera girl’, and the results are just about as expected. It seems like the Indiana Fever star is talented in just about everything she does!

Lewerke’s reel, “When you give Caitlin Clark a camera part one”, showed the six-foot-tall point guard goofing around with her teammates. The montage was filled with snapshots of Lexie Hull, Aliyah Boston, and Sydney Colson, just to name a few, and the vibes were immaculate! There were selfies, group photos, workout shots, and a lot more. Everyone seemed quite joyful and chipper, and they were all just having fun.

And as for the photo quality? According to CC and her teammates, they actually turned out quite well! “I went crazy.” Clark commented under the post. The Fever star is used to the sound of the camera shutters because of all her crazy in-game moments, and it seems like that might have ended up being an advantage towards her photography instincts!

Her Indiana Fever teammates had nothing but praise for CC. “Add it to the resume!” Hull replied under the post. Sydney Colson praised the final result of Clark’s shenanigans saying, “This actually turned out so good lol.” CC’s front-court partner, and two time All-Star Aliyah Boston was also quite awed by the photos. “These are elite wow.” She said, and we agree!

It seems like there’s nothing Caitlin Clark can’t do, both on and off the court. There’s no doubt that the Indiana Fever star is revolutionary in the way that she approaches the game, the competitive fire that she brings, and the sheer joy that she inspires in her fans and teammates. Even throughout her injury, Clark has been an active part of the Fever setup, both in the fun-loving capacity of camera girl, and as an observer to the coaching methods and plays.

But what other major updates have happened for the Fever star off the court? Let’s find out!

“Always Basketball,”: Caitlin Clark unveils massive collaboration with Wilson

Caitlin Clark’s impact on the women’s game has been meteoric, to say the least. The six-foot-tall point guard willed Iowa to two straight national championship games through her facilitation and sharpshooting, and even managed to break Indiana’s 7-year playoff slump in just her rookie year. Obviously, there’s something different about her!

And this has always reflected in her opportunities off the court–a record-breaking deal with Nike, a superbowl ad, and now? A brand new basketball line with Wilson. Caitlin Clark and the basketball company announced this special collaboration on Instagram through an epic promotional video.

Their collaboration post, captioned “Simply Caitlin, Always Basketball” featured a montage of Caitlin Clark’s game highlights, and various scenes of her practicing in an empty gym. “The ball will always bring you back to your favorite place.” She said in the voiceover, while announcing the Caitlin Clark Signature Series that is scheduled for a release on June 23rd.

Honestly, we can’t wait for this collaboration to materialize into some high-quality balls! Wilson has a track record for being the best, and so does Caitlin Clark. They are dropping four different basketballs, all bearing CC’s signature, going from prices of 28$ to a variant of Wilson’s popular EVO NXT game ball at 125$. It will be interesting to see how this lineup is received, but knowing Clark and her fan-following? Wilson will be in for a treat!
