Music legend and original Beach Boy, Brian Wilson, has sadly passed away today at the age of 82. Wilson's health had been deteriorating for the last few years, as he was battling dementia and had entered a new conservatorship after the death of his wife, Melinda Ledbetter. Any fan of the Beach Boys, or just music in general, should already know Wilson's impact on the band, especially as he was the key producer behind the band's greatest albums, Pet Sounds and Smiley Smile. His solo career was spectacular in its own right, particularly his 2004 album, Brian Wilson Presents Smile, which was a previously unfinished album by the band.
