The family of Renee Good, the Minneapolis woman fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in January, has filed federal civil lawsuits against the federal government, federal agents, and officials. “One lawsuit seeks to hold the United States liable under the Federal Tort Claims Act for the actions of federal agents,” NBC News reports.
