Eager to know the spoilers and recap for The Bold and the Beautiful for March 30?

The episode opens with Sheila, knife in hand, kicking the door and scaring Taylor, who’s alone in bed wrapped in sheets. Deacon, meanwhile, is half-naked in the shrubbery outside, hoping Taylor remains safe.

Sheila reassures Taylor that she’s not going to kill her and asks if anyone in the room took advantage of her. If so, she asks where the guy is. Taylor wants Sheila out of her house and asks why she even came in the first place. Sheila reveals that she heard noises and believed Taylor was in danger, so she came to her rescue. A scared Taylor urges Sheila to leave.

Spoilers for what happens on The Bold and the Beautiful today on March 30, 2026

Taylor asks Sheila to leave

Sheila notices an open door and a candlelight setting, immediately assuming that Taylor could have been enjoying some alone time. Taylor reassures her that she was doing exactly what she thought she was doing.

She puts on a robe and tells Sheila that she shouldn’t have come directly into her bedroom. She walks her to the door and asks her to leave. Sheila explains that she brought flowers. After they debate about her presence, Sheila also notices a pizza box from Deacon’s restaurant. She then walks out.

Hope and Deke on Deacon’s love life

Deke and Hope discuss their dad’s love life, both believing he truly loves Taylor and deserves to spend time with her. Hope reviews Deke’s designs and thinks he might soon get hired at Forrester. The siblings continue to hope their dad is having the time of his life.

A shirtless Deacon then panics and calls Hope, urging her to tell Sheila he was with her if she calls. Hope senses worry in his tone, and Deacon immediately hangs up. He first thought to call Taylor but then hoped Sheila hadn’t seen them together.

Taylor reveals her fear to Deacon

Sheila heads back to the restaurant and asks a waiter if Deacon came back, but gets no answer. She grows increasingly concerned. Taylor then calls Deacon and reassures him that Sheila didn’t see him. Deacon is relieved that Taylor is okay.

Taylor tells Deacon that Sheila came with flowers but stopped after hearing noises, assuming Taylor was in danger. Deacon wishes he had stayed back to protect her, but Taylor understands it was important for him to leave. She shares how frightened she was seeing Sheila holding a knife, convinced she had come to kill her.

Sheila remains suspicious

Deacon asks again whether Taylor is certain Sheila didn’t catch them. Taylor reassures him that if she had, they wouldn’t be talking right now. After hanging up, Taylor holds Deacon’s shirt and remains unsettled.

Sheila returns home to find Deacon lying on the sofa. She touches his hip, relieved he’s home. Deacon pretends to sleep, while Sheila stands back, visibly suspicious of him.
