The episode opened with Bill and Katie appreciating how good things looked at their launch. Meanwhile, Liam and Hope engaged in a tense conversation when they realized the designs belonged to Eric.

Liam then revealed to Hope that Eric might return to Forrester, but he would not be able to take his designs with him. A shocked Hope asked him to stop Bill and Katie at all costs. Liam then departed quickly without giving a clear reason.

Eric is horrified

Brooke gets angry over Katie’s betrayal and informs Ridge that Steffy is preparing a press release. Ridge says he will not let the couple use Eric’s designs either. When Eric arrives, Ridge explains that Katie and Bill are about to show his work to the whole world.

This horrifies Eric, who clarifies that the designs are not ready for anyone to see yet. He believes showcasing his unfinished work could ruin his reputation. Brooke adds that she is sorry for what her sister is doing.

Eric tries to stop Bill and Katie

Bill reassures Katie that Eric’s designs now belong to Logan since they were bought and paid for. He also asks her not to let Brooke get into her head. While Katie remains worried, Bill insists that the world will soon know about the fashion industry’s next big star, with the announcement approaching.

Katie then receives a call from Brooke, with Eric speaking on speakerphone. He asks Katie not to show the work, but Bill shuts them down, saying there is no going back. As the call disconnects, there is major outrage at Forrester, prompting them to plan to crash the Logan launch. Guests and buyers arrive, and Liam moves forward to meet a special client, Ms. Bright, and her assistant from San Francisco.

Katie reveals her designer to the world

The show begins with Bill first taking the stage to introduce his beautiful wife. Katie then takes center stage and tells the crowd that this is her own business, separate from Brooke. Someone in the audience asks about the lead designer, and she quickly reveals that it is Eric. This leaves the entire room shocked and silent, with Bill stepping in to explain that the Forresters forced Eric into retirement, after which he chose to join Logan.
