Blue Jays reinstate RHP Dylan Cease, will start Tuesday vs. Phillies

As announced by the Blue Jays ahead of the game, the right-hander was reinstated from the 15-day injured list and will get the start in Game 2 of the Jays' interleague series against the Philadelphia Phillies.
