Bills $29 million cut candidate could receive interest from Chiefs, Raiders and 49ers

An NFL analyst believes the Buffalo Bills could cut a veteran receiver this offseason, and he could receive interest from the Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, and San Francisco 49ers if he hits the open market.
