Ashley Jones as Heather, the Impaler, made her debut in a recent episode that witnessed Joey waiting patiently for the crime lord’s arrival. She walks in with the cloak on and then removes it to disclose her identity.

Initially, Joey believed she might be the Impaler’s wife or right-hand man. Jones quickly shifts the conversation to how they haven’t come across each other for years. As the duo hugged affectionately, Joey revealed that he thought he’d never meet her again before pressing on her connection to the Impaler.

Heather says that she’s the Impaler, but Joey laughs it off before realizing his sister isn’t lying. She mentions that she maintained the image of the Impaler as a man as a cover. She reassures Joey that she is no longer the girl who needs protection, as she has now found her power.

Bringing up their father, she upsets Joey. However, she also acknowledges what their patriarch put them through, pointing out the sexism she faced and the abuse Joey endured. She admits that she never wanted to follow the path their father suggested of marrying and starting a life while leaving everything to the boys.

Joey questions her motive for returning. Heather reveals that she wants him to work with her to combine their illegal enterprises, explaining why their duo would work best. When Joey refuses, Heather doesn’t say anything further and simply hugs him before leaving. She asks him to take care, while Joey insists they stay in touch. She leaves with a smile, saying she intends to remain connected.
