Below Deck Down Underseason 3 hasn't been easy for the majority of the show's crew, but the issues that Chief Stew Lara Rigby has dealt with throughout the seasonhave proven that though she's still surviving the difficulties of the season, she hasn't been a good manager for the interior team. While Lara isn't the biggest problem on Below Deck Down Under season 3, some of her issues are being overlooked by viewers as there have been bigger things to worry about throughout the season.
