Baldur's Gate 3: What Happens To The Dark Urge If You Don't Pick Them?

Baldur's Gate 3offers players the choice to create a custom character to lead their party or pick from among seven pre-made "Origin" characters with their own stories that go beyond the fight with the Absolute. Even if you don't pick any of these Origin characters, they still show up as potential members of your partyduring the first act of the game. All except one, that is: the Dark Urge.
