Fed up with Mia's irresponsible and irrational behavior, Gizelle Bryant refused to allow her co-star to weasel out of taking accountability for promoting a frivolous paternity-driven storyline involving her son. Mia tried to deflect and challenge Gizelle's claim that she was a bad mother, but instead of backing down, Gizelle doubled down and insisted Mia's behavior was an inexcusable example of bad parenting.
