In the last few years, Apple TV has become a staple streaming service for all the biggest sci-fi shows. While the first series that may come to mind is Severance, especially due to its cultural impact in the last few years, it recently lost its crown as the most-watched Apple TV sci-fi show ever. This title now belongs to Pluribus, the latest sci-fi series from writer/creator Vince Gilligan. If Gilligan’s name sounds familiar, it’s because he also wrote all episodes of one of the greatest TV shows of all time in Breaking Bad, which stars Bryan Cranston opposite Aaron Paul. Apple TV has also had other sci-fi shows to fall back on in the last few years, like Foundation and Invasion, cementing the platform as the go-to streaming home for the best original sci-fi programming.
