One of the biggest complaints about modern Star Wars TV has not really been about the stories. It has been about how some of these shows look. For all the tech wizardry behind the Volume, there have been times when Lucasfilm’s Disney+ era has felt a little too boxed in, a little too clean, and a little too obviously shot on a giant stage. That is why this latest Ahsoka Season 2 update feels like genuinely good news. Based on new set images and recent production reports, the series looks like it is finally pulling back from one of its biggest visual problems.
