Despite appearances, I think Foggy Nelson's death was faked in Daredevil: Born Again season 1, especially after reading one of the MCU directors' comments on the matter. Daredevil: Born Again episode 1 was one of the most shocking openings to any MCU show. After bringing back Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page, and establishing that they were happy in their newfound law firm, the happiness was ripped away from us all as Bullseye burst onto the scene and murdered Foggy with a shot to the heart.
