Accused Theodore family killer appears in court, DA describes "horrific" autopsy findings
The man accused of killing a Theodore mother and her two children made his first court appearance Friday on newly filed capital murder charges that could lead to the death penalty. Hector Argueta-Guerra, 31, is charged with the murders of 40-year-old Aurelia Choc, her 17-year-old daughter Niurka Zuleta Choc, and 2-year-old Anthony Garcia Choc.
