Netflix has a fantastic history of novel-to-screen adaptations, with many excitedly anticipating the upcoming arrival of Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club, set to premiere globally on August 28, 2025. However, many subscribers to the streamer may not have noticed that another novel-to-screen adaptation has recently hit the platform and is garnering rave critical reviews. The series in question is The Survivors, an adaptation of Jane Harper's 2020 novel of the same name helmed by Nowhere Boys' Tony Ayres.
