NBC is working on a Royal Pains reboot with an original star. The USA Network comedy-drama series ran from 2009 to 2016 and centered around a brilliant ER doctor (Mark Feuerstein) who was unfairly discredited and ended up working with his younger brother in the Hamptons as a concierge doctor for the rich.
