Ever since Star Trek: Discovery launched in 2017, Star Trek has experienced a renaissance, and I predict that we'll get at least 5 new Star Trek projects in the next 10 years. Paramount+ put out a veritable feast of new Star Trek shows following Discovery, but the streamer has slowed its Star Trek output, with only 2 new Star Trek shows on the horizon: Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. Both Star Trek: Discovery spin-offs have at least 2 seasons ahead, but that can't be all we have to look forward to.
