As the well-known saying goes: "two is company, three is a crowd". That may be true in some instances, but when it comes to on-screen TV show relationships, three or more people can provide some delicious drama, plenty of pining, and prolong a love story's life span to last multiple episodes and even seasons. While some shows might opt to bring a beloved couple together and keep it together, others have chosen to make their journey last a little bit longer, keeping the viewers invested and, sometimes, annoyed.
