Marvel’s Uncanny X-Menis continuing to reimagine a new era with its grounded, character-driven focus, and its next issue is following that trend. Set in New Orleans and centered on the Haven House, the series doesn’t shy away from intimate moments and a found-family dynamic. Written by Gail Simone, the story allows for deeper explorations of some of X-Men’s most popular characters, all while introducing the Outliers, a group of young, untrained mutants.
